An Inclusive Path through STEM
My Future in STEM
I co-founded My Future in STEM, a cross-career-stage community for STEM researchers and professionals built on the honest questions, answers, and connections that are often missing in formal pathways.
I sit on the Steering Committee of the Royal Society of Biology’s Bioscience Awarding Gap (BAG) Network, which develops sector-level practice, resources, and policy to close awarding gaps in bioscience higher education.
I chair the Programme Committee of the Minoritised Life Scientists Future Forum (MLSFF), a STEM-wide network building the connective infrastructure that links equity efforts for minoritised scientists across disciplines, institutions, funders, and learned societies.
